Kristian Kožul Exhibits at the 15th Triennial of Croatian Sculpture at the Museum of Contemporary Art
Organised by the Glyptotheque of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, the exhibition of the 15th Triennial of Croatian Sculpture is taking place, featuring the artist Kristian Kožul. The opening will be held on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, at 7 PM at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Avenija Dubrovnik 17, Zagreb.
The Triennial of Croatian Sculpture is the central national event showcasing the finest achievements in contemporary sculptural art. Since 1982, the Glyptotheque of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts has organised it every three years. This is a juried exhibition presenting selected works by 73 Croatian artists of various styles, materials, media and techniques, created since September 2022.

The Grand Prize of the 15th Triennial was awarded to artist Kristian Kožul for his work Flags (1573). Three equal Triennial Awards were granted to artists Petar Popijač, Marina Rajšić, and Igor Ruf, while a Special Commendation was awarded to Viktor Popović. The Ujević Art Foundry Award was presented to Marija Josipović, the Croatian Section of AICA Award was awarded to Miran Blažek, and the Lokve Gorski Kotar Sculpture Workshop Award was presented to Vjekoslav Filipović.
The jury of the 15th Triennial of Croatian Sculpture consisted of Zlatan Vrkljan, Martina Munivrana, Nika Radić, Loren Živković Kuljiš, and Tihana Boban. The Croatian Section of AICA Award (EUR 500) was conferred by the HS AICA jury: Radmila Iva Janković, Neva Lukić, and Zvonko Maković.
